In a new post created specifically for this challenge, share a picture that means CHANGING SEASONS to you.
We know our readers hail from all corners of the globe, so we’re excited to see different landscapes, as well as more creative, unexpected interpretations – Cheri
This is a great topic for this week. Last week was the infamous Santa Claus parade where I live (did you know that their parade has tiny miniature ponies? Some of whom get tired during the parade and who get a ride in a truck as a result?), and the seasonal feeling has hit everyone with a whomp!
We’ve had a couple of flirtations with winter so far … some lovely fluffy snows that have made the ski resorts in the area very happy, immediately followed up by +10 degree Celsius days. However, I’ve chosen two pictures of the first fluffy snow of the season – and not to worry! While these photos were taken on our way into the city, none were taken by the actual driver.
Now it’s your turn – what are the seasonal changes like for you?
New to The Daily Post? Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, you’re invited to get involved in our Weekly Photo Challenge to help you meet your blogging goals and give you another way to take part in Post a Day / Post a Week. Everyone is welcome to participate, even if your blog isn’t about photography.
Here’s how it works:
1. Each week, we’ll provide a theme for creative inspiration. You take photographs based on your interpretation of the theme, and post them on your blog (a new post!) anytime before the following Friday when the next photo theme will be announced.
2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Weekly Photo Challenge: (theme of the week)” and be sure to use the “postaday″ tag.
3. Subscribe to The Daily Post so that you don’t miss out on weekly challenge announcements. Sign up via the email subscription link in the sidebar or RSS.
